    • Exhale and lower down to Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana), with hands under your shoulders and elbows close to your body.
    • Inhale into Upward Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), with arms straight and hands under your shoulders, lifting your chest and thighs off the ground. 
    • Repeat this sequence 5-10 times.

  • Standing Poses (10 minutes):
    • Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I): Stand with feet hip-width apart. Step your right foot back, bend your left knee and raise your arms overhead.
  • Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II): 
    • From Warrior I, turn your right foot out to the side and bend your right knee, keeping your left leg straight. Reach your arms out to the side, one in front of you and one behind you.
    • Triangle (Trikonasana): Stand with feet hip-width apart, step your left foot back and turn it out to the side. Reach your left hand down to your ankle or the ground while reaching your right arm up to the sky.
    • Tree (Vrksasana): Stand with feet hip-width apart and place your right foot on your left thigh. Press your foot into your thigh, grounding through your left foot and reaching your arms up to the sky.
    • Hold each pose for a few breaths and repeat each pose 2-3 times on each side.

  • Final Relaxation (5 minutes):
    • Lie down on your back in Corpse Pose (Savasana), with arms and legs relaxed and eyes closed.
    • Let your body relax and focus on breathing deeply for 5-10 minutes.
